MEET DIAN: GROWING WITH DAJUMA, ONE STEP AT A TIME

Born in Asahduren Village, near Pekutatan, Ni Kadek Dian Noviani first discovered her passion for hospitality as a trainee at Puri Dajuma Beach during her vocational school years. The welcoming atmosphere, supportive colleagues, and strong sense of family left a lasting impression on her. So, when the opportunity came to join the Food & Beverage Service team at Dajuma Terrace, she happily embraced it. As the youngest member of the team, Dian brings fresh energy and enthusiasm to the restaurant. She particularly enjoys meeting guests from around the world, improving her English and communication skills, and learning something new every day. For Dian, Dajuma is much more than a workplace: it is a place to learn, grow, and build her future. With dedication and enthusiasm, she hopes one day to take on a leadership role within the F&B department. Her journey is a lovely reminder that sometimes the place where we take our first steps is also where we discover how far we can go.
