Our story begins in 1998 with a family of French origin who fell under the spell of Indonesia.
Today, 50 employees work at Puri Dajuma, all coming from the surrounding villages.
Whilst retaining their extraordinary capacity to warmly welcome guests, they are also trained in all the disciplines of 4-star hospitality and catering.
A happy, motivated, devoted and responsible team totally involved and committed to the advancement and progress of Dajuma.

Puri Dajuma is the perfect example of a family run business that benefits the whole village economically and socially.
With its harmonious marriage of Balinese and French culture, it is impossible to say who is being westernized and who is being easternized.
Here, the two cultures often mix and merge during special events, in temples, during ceremonies of offerings, or during the many shared invitations, for example, when Dajuma offered to dig a well in the village when it first opened.
