In the heart of Pupuan Sawah, imagine a gentle morning at Dajuma Terrace which unfolds under the watchful gaze of Batukaru volcano. The sky blushes with dawn’s first light, and the air hums with serenity. You are comfortably sitting next to the emerald rice fields, where dew-kissed leaves sparkle like jewels. SUNSET IN PARADISE

Among its many assets, Dajuma has the advantage of sumptuous sunsets that can be admired, cocktail in hand, from your room or in the tropical garden. Thanks to its location on a volcanic cape facing due west, the sunsets are visible all year round without restriction. The past week has been particularly favorable from this point of view, with each evening a different kind of conflagration of the sky, very inspiring. Enjoy it!

RELAX IN PARADISE

Among many assets, Dajuma offers to its guests a lot of places in its 1,5 ha tropical garden where the master words are RELAX and UNWIND. Let’s have a look at these places: along the 200 meters seashore, just a few steps from the beach, comfortable long chairs, hammocks, swings and Gazebos await your visit with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Even when the hotel is full you will always find a tranquil place where to relax. A little bit higher, our Bendega Pool deck is also another place to visit: overlooking the fishermen beach and the Medewi surfing spot, you will be fascinated by the mouvements of the fishing boats and the surfers. But the cherry on the cake is definitively the sunset. Fully oriented West, the entire property offers unforgettable sunsets. Looking forward to welcoming you soon!

This week, we are happy to stage our extraordinary team of gardeners, incredible artists who, day after day, make our 1.5 hectare park a real paradise for the greatest pleasure of our guests, as evidenced by the texts below. Many thanks guys for your talents and commitment!

SUMMERTIME RELAX AT DAJUMA

Where is the best place  to unwind during summertime after a long and hectic professional year? The answer is definitively here at Dajuma, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities, where our staff will have thousands of attentions to make your stay unforgettable.
Let’s take an example of a perfect day in paradise: wake-up in the morning not too late to see the dawn while strolling on the beach for one hour. Around eight, time for breakfast in the garden just in front of the spectacular cape where hundreds of birds are playing with the tide. After that, it’s time for activities such as yoga, sporting or touring around the nearby authentic West Bali. After the lunch taken in one of our 3 restaurants perhaps would you like to make a break like this nice lady on the picture or join our wellness center for a revigorating massage. The dusk coming around 6:30 p.m. it is time to savor a delicious cocktail  before dining in a romantic atmosphere either on the beach or in front of one of our Teppanyaki cook. A day fully occupied, perfectly balanced between physical and cultural activities, where the master word is “relax”!

Children Paradise

Many of our guests tell us that Dajuma is just like a paradise. It is very kind of them to give such an opinion because it was one of the reasons why we decided 15 years ago to establish the resort in this place, at a time West Bali was just ignored by tours operators, guides… and tourists.
But what makes us so happy today is the way children are spending their time in Dajuma: the combination between sea, beach, garden and pool is just perfect for them. The cape at low tide is like a natural aquatic garden where they can explore the underwater life by looking at the volcanic holes visited by fishes, crabs, corals, shrimps and other seaweeds. And for those parents who need to relax and recover from their busy professional life, we offer a baby sitting service.

NEW DAJUMA PARADISE…

We are happy to introduce our new project called PURI DAJUMA VILLAS which will harmoniously complete our existing resort on the seashore of Pekutatan.
Built on a land on top of the existing property, it will consist in:

  • 4 Villas (3 bedrooms each) for rent partly or all
  • 1 swimming corridor 40 m long
  • 1 overflowing swimming pool like a rice field overlooking the sea (8×16 m)
  • 1 second pool 2,5 m below the first one (6×15 m)
  • 1 waterfall and a toboggan in between the 2 pools
  • 2 kid ponds
  • 1 huge 300 m2 pool deck
  • 1 bar – restaurant under the deck
