Our welcome drinks are particularly appreciated by our guests who often ask the question « How do you make this delicious beverage ? ». The answer is very simple : everyday, we pick fresh coconuts directly from the property, from which we extract the juice and some flesh which are then mixed with lime and ice. Facing the ocean, full west, Dajuma garden offers on more than 300 meters along the beach, a lot a locations where to relax and embrace an amazing environment: hammocks, long chairs, swings, gazebos are at your disposal in the most comfortable way, to enjoy the always active beach with its fishermen, farmers washing their buffalos, local families bathing in volcano natural holes, surfers, tides and hundreds of birds. Sometimes when the full moon approaches, one can also see ceremonies on the beach always captivating to watch. You should try!
One outstanding feature of Balinese culture, among many others, is the quality of its food. Everywhere in the island, from the modest “warung” up to the most trendy restaurants, the food is just delicious. Some specialties are particularly appreciated by the visitors. Gado gado, ayam betutu, babi guling, rijstafel, tum bali, soto ayam, crispy duck, nasi goreng and beef rendang revisited in the Balinese way are some of these Balinese dishes which enchant the palate.
With its 8 cooks team, Dajuma offers 4 different dining experiences: the Rama restaurant serves a variety of Asian and Western food, the Sinta Lounge offers its unique teppanyaki Japanese tabletop, while the Bendega grill proposes tapas plates in the Balinese way.
