This week we are pleased to receive from our repeating guests and friends Brett and Jeane Stammers from Australia a generous donation which has delighted our staff. Each of our 47 employees received a 10 kg bag of rice particularly welcome in this difficult period. A million thanks dear Brett and Jeane for your generosity. Despite a still very low occupancy rate, Dajuma could not help but celebrate Valentine’s Day, the so famous feast of lovers born in Great Britain in the 14th century. Sign of passion, red roses decorated our restaurant while a special menu was concocted by our Chef at a very competitive price. Due to the pandemic, this special offer will exceptionally remain in effect until the end of February. Welcome to our little paradise and Bon appétit les Amoureux!

The one hectare garden of Dajuma has acquired over the years a good reputation with our customers. There are many testimonies that highlight its beauty and diversity at the edge between earth and sea. Behind these appearances, it is a team of five gardeners who design and maintain it with talent. Despite a very low occupation, they continue to maintain it with as much enthusiasm as ever. Last week we had the pleasure to welcome the newly elected regent (Bupati) of Jembrana, Mr Nengah Tamba. After participating in the Jembrana Clean-Up Day initiated by the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) in Medewi Beach, he visited some hotels in Pekutatan district with the objective to check their situation during the pandemic and the implementation of the health protocol of the new normal. Very convinced of the tourism potential of his regency, he wanted to assess their resilience capacity in the face of the pandemic crisis. On the picture, unformally dressed to help a true dialogue with his interlocutors, he is standing between Dina our Sales and Marketing supervisor and Rondy, GM Sales & Marketing. All our best wishes for a successful mandate at the head of Jembrana regency!
