The delicate and colorful Balinese cuisine is something worth to discover when visiting Bali. Many of our guests are often asking the question « How do you make these tasty dishes? What is the secrets of your recipes? » The best way to answer this question is of course by practicing. We recently inaugurated a new way of discovering the secrets of Balinese cuisine by cooking on the beach on charcoals exactly like in the village.
