DONATION OF 6 BINS TO RAMBUT SIWI TEMPLE

The battle for the environment has very seriously resumed in Bali, after 2 and a half years of pandemic without customers and therefore without means. This is how Dajuma was able to offer 6 bins to the temple of Rambut Siwi to collect and recycle as much as possible of the waste left by the many visitors. Rambut Siwi Temple is indeed very sacred in Bali and visited by thousands of devotees every year. Its exceptional location on a rocky outcrop overlooking the sea also makes it a tourist hotspot, particularly appreciated for its sunsets. A must visit during your next stay in Dajuma!

This week we are pleased to receive from our repeating guests and friends Brett and Jeane Stammers from Australia a generous donation which has delighted our staff. Each of our 47 employees received a 10 kg bag of rice particularly welcome in this difficult period. A million thanks dear Brett and Jeane for your generosity. We hope to have the pleasure of celebrating with you the return to normal as soon as possible. In the meantime take good care of yourselves as we do with our guests and staff here in Bali.

From our friends Angela and Wolfram who run the travel agency Travel Fair in Wuppertal near Düsseldorf, Germany, we had the very pleasant surprise to receive bags of rice that the families of our 48 employees will particularly appreciate in these difficult times. Many thanks to you Angela and Wolfram!

We already know you’ll be back next year. We will be very happy to celebrate with you the return to your Balinese home!

Dajuma was fortunate to receive this week several bags of rice donated by Andrew and Melinda to our staff to help them overcome this difficult period. This young couple has been a client and friend of Dajuma for years. They celebrated their wedding at the hotel in May 2018 and have remained in contact with us since then. This gesture touched us a lot and we don’t have words strong enough to thank them. We will celebrate their return as soon as possible after the pandemic has ended. A million thanks!
