Our Rama restaurant has been delighting our guests’ senses for the last 10 years. Gastronomers appreciate our talented chef who prepares any tasty specialty ranging from typical Balinese food to Western favorites. As cooking is definitely part of the Balinese culture, our Chef invites anyone willing to share his talents with him through free of charge cooking lessons. The cooking trainees are only requested to select from the menu the dish they would like to prepare. Then, the Chef looks after the supplies and supervises the ‘trainees’ who later enjoy their ‘home’ made meal from the restaurant terrace standing in the tropical garden along the beach with breathtaking views to the ocean’s tides running back and forth on Dajuma’s cape.
Dajuma cape on Medewi beach is famous for its amazing view. This unique place is perfect to relax and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze after a round trip. The reason why our team welcomes every week groups during lunch time. A delicious Indonesian buffet is prepared by our dedicated chefs. The menu includes Balinese soup, pork Satay, yellow rice, vegetables with coconut crush sauce and Balinese cakes. If our guests stay longer they can also enjoy a nice walk on the beach, a dive in the swimming pool or our special Volcano natural Spa & Massage. In May, we had the pleasure to welcome back Otto and Elfi. This very charming German couple usually spends 2 weeks at Dajuma every easter. This year, it was their 11th stay with us. Without a doubt we call them our “Dajuma Aficionado’s couple”. Elfi confessed to us that at home, before going to sleep, she often has a glance at our Dajuma web site, looking at pictures. She says that it calms her down, remembering the sound of the ocean, the birds singing, the peaceful environment and the staff kindness. We thank them for their faithful support and we look forward to welcoming them next year!
